Lisa Dill is a Texas-licensed real estate agent with The Mark Coyle Group at RE/MAX
Leading Edge, proudly serving Galveston County and the Greater Houston coastal
market. A lifelong Texan and longtime Galveston resident, Lisa has witnessed the area’s
growth into one of the most vibrant and desirable coastal communities in the state.
With deep roots along the Texas coast, Lisa offers more than just market
knowledge—she brings true community insight. She knows the neighborhoods, schools,
educators, and local business owners who make the area unique, giving her clients a
meaningful advantage whether buying, selling, or investing.
Lisa was raised in La Porte and Nacogdoches and studied Visual Arts, Advertising, and
Design at the University of Houston. Her creative background shapes her approach to
real estate, allowing her to market properties with a strategic, artistic edge while
maintaining a strong focus on the client experience.
Before transitioning into real estate, Lisa built a successful career in education and
mentorship. As a Career Advisor and Internship Coordinator, she works closely with
Galveston Island high schools, helping students earn dual credit and connect with
internship opportunities that lead to career pathways or strengthen college applications.
Her passion for guiding others seamlessly carries into her real estate career, where she
is dedicated to providing personalized, top-tier service and a smooth, stress-free
experience.
Deeply connected to the community, Lisa is also an accomplished artist known for her
ocean debris paintings, which raise awareness about coastal conservation. She was
recently featured in the March edition of Coast Magazine in an article entitled “A
Positive Difference.” She has competed in the Artist Boat Ocean Debris Contest since
2017 and has received multiple recognitions. As a graduate of the Leadership
Galveston Class of 2022 through the Chamber of Commerce, she is committed to
serving and advocating for the local community.
When she’s not analyzing market trends or working with clients, Lisa can often be found
enjoying island life, walking the beach, or showcasing her artwork in local galleries.
Lisa works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, luxury home
clients, investors, those relocating to the coast, and commercial property clients. No
matter the goal, she is committed to helping every client feel confident—and truly at
home—on the Texas coast.
